how long do they last on my nails?
with proper prep and application, our press-on nails can last 1–3 weeks. they're also reusable — with careful removal and storage, you can get up to 5 wears out of a single set. results will vary based on your lifestyle and how well you prep before applying.
how should i prep my nails before applying to make them last longer?

how do i apply my press-ons?
you have two options depending on how long you want to wear them:
nail glue — for wear up to 2–3 weeks. apply a thin layer, press firmly, and hold for 30–60 seconds. instructions are included with every order.
adhesive tabs — for wear up to 1–5 days. great for events or if you prefer a damage-free option.
every order comes with a full application kit including liquid glue, adhesive tabs, a nail file, buffer, cuticle pusher, and prep wipes — everything you need to get started.
what's included with my order?

how do i remove my press-ons?
if applied with glue, we recommend waiting at least 10 days before removing — these are designed to stay on. when you're ready, soak your nails in warm water with a few drops of cuticle oil to loosen the bond. never force or pry them off, as this can damage your natural nails. if applied with adhesive tabs, a warm water soak is all you need for gentle removal.
how do i know my sizes?
sizing depends on the type of set you're ordering:
made-to-order sets — a sizing kit must be purchased before placing your first custom order. this ensures your set fits perfectly. the cost of your sizing kit (excluding shipping) is credited toward your first order.
ready-to-ship sets — refer to the sizing guide in the product photos, or visit our sizing guide page for measurements.
since sizing can vary by nail shape, we recommend sizing each nail individually. feel free to reach out if you need help finding your fit!
what are the press-ons made of?
all of our sets are handcrafted using 100% gel material, which gives them a flexible, comfortable feel while still being durable enough for everyday wear.
i'm allergic to nail glue. is there an alternative?
absolutely! adhesive tabs are a great glue-free option and are included in every order. they're gentle on your natural nails and ideal for shorter wear (1–5 days). just keep in mind that wear time will be shorter than with liquid glue.
how fast will you ship my order?
made-to-order/custom sets: please allow 5-14 days processing time before your order ships. once it's on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
ready-to-ship sets: ship out the next business day. once it's on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

what if my order is lost in transit?
if your tracking hasn't updated and your order seems stuck or lost, please contact us with your order number after the estimated delivery window has passed.
what if i lost or broke a nail and need just one replaced?
it happens! reach out to us with your original order details and let us know which nail you need. single nail replacements are available — just contact us and we'll figure out the best way to help.
what if i received the wrong or a damaged product?
we're so sorry if that happened! please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
what is your return and refund policy?
due to the nature of these products, we are unable to provide refunds/exchanges. refunds are only granted in the case of wrong/damaged items.
