step 1: order and availability
orders open: every sunday at 10am mst.
you can place an order anytime from sunday through friday, as long as spots are still available.
custom sets: only 5 sets are available each week. this allows me to give every set the focus and attention to detail it deserves.
order cut-off: orders close when all 5 spots are filled or at 8pm mst on friday, whichever comes first. orders will reopen the following sunday at 10am mst.
to secure your spot, set a reminder to order at 10am mst.
because these products are custom made, changes cannot be made once your order is confirmed. please double check your sizing, shape, length, and design tier before placing your order.
step 2: choose the vibe
custom: if you’re choosing a custom set or recreation of another artist’s design, reach out via instagram @nailzmami or email info@nailzmami.com so we can determine the right tier for your design.
freestyle: no need to reach out first unless you’re sending a moodboard. choose your preferred shape, length, and art tier: it girl (tier 1) is minimal art, diva (tier 2) is elevated art, main character (tier 3) is detailed art, and icon (tier 4) is extreme art.
solid color (bare tier): choose your preferred shape and length, then reach out via instagram @nailzmami or info@nailzmami.com to let me know which color you’d like.
all first time custom orders receive a complimentary sizing kit. once your tier is confirmed, you’re ready to place your order. after your order is placed, i’ll ship a sizing kit in the shape and length you selected.
when your kit arrives, follow the included instructions to size your nails, then send me your sizes. once i have them, i’ll begin your custom set. if you already know your sizes, you can skip the sizing kit step.
step 3: shipping and delivery
orders placed between sunday and friday will ship the following week by wednesday. orders are made in the order they’re received.
once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
please plan accordingly, as shipping delays can happen. if you need your nails by a specific date, reach out before placing your order.
