new clients
your first order includes a complimentary sizing kit in the shape & length you choose. select your shape, place your order, and we’ll send the kit first. once you’ve sized your nails, send your measurements to us so we can create your set.
returning clients
already know your sizes? place your order directly, no need to reach out.
switching to a new shape? we’ll include a complimentary sizing kit in your new shape.
what's included?
10 handcrafted premium gel nails
complete application kit: 1 buffer, 1 cuticle stick, 1 mini nail file, 1 sheet of sticky tabs, 1 tube of makartt nail glue, 2 alcohol wipes, and 2 cuticle oil wipes.
processing & shipping
new clients: a complimentary sizing kit will ship within 1–2 business days. once your sizes are received, please allow an additional 5–14 business days for your custom set to be created and shipped.
returning clients: please allow 5–14 business days for your custom set to be created and shipped.
switching shapes? a complimentary sizing kit in your new shape will ship within 1–2 business days. once you’ve sized your nails, send us your new sizes. your custom set will be created and shipped within 5–14 business days after we receive them.
once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. carrier delays may occur.
important policies
once your order leaves our studio, it is in the carrier’s possession. NAILZMAMI is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery after shipment.
